I am working hard to add all the requested
features and more in version 3.0
Version 3 will include:
- Track Vacation, Floating and Sick Days (Taken and Balance);
- Save emergency contact;
- Save salary information;
- Keep track of earnings (time worked and payments);
- Keep track of notes and reminders for each employee;
- Complete integration with iPhone calendar (all Tasks, Reviews,
Attendances, Trainings, Incidents and Reminders will be saved to a
custom calendar inside your iPhone calendar App.
- Reviews will be overhauled allowing you to add Score and Comments for
each review category, as well as adding just the categories you need.
SuperV is an easy way to manage your employees/subordinates performance by keeping track of their Tasks, Awards, Trainings, Attendances, Incidents or Accidents.
You will be able to review them in 15 categories like Attitude, Job Skills, Productivity and more.
All data can be exported to CSV format, which is compatible with spreadsheet editors like Excel or Calc.
You can send a e-mails with informations on Tasks, Reviews and Trainings making communication a lot easier.
